OASCO Foreign Employment – Japan Migration

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before applying for migration, training, or work opportunities in Japan through OASCO Foreign Employment.

General Terms

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All applicants must provide genuine personal, educational, and professional documents.
  • OASCO acts only as a facilitator between applicants and employers in Japan. Final decisions rest with Japanese authorities.
  • Visa approval is strictly at the discretion of the Embassy of Japan.

Programs Covered

OASCO Foreign Employment provides support for the following categories:

  • Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Visa
  • Technical Intern Training Program (TITP)
  • Engineering & Working Visa Opportunities
  • Japanese Language & Skill Training Programs

Responsibilities of Applicants

  • Attend mandatory Japanese language and skill training where applicable.
  • Pass JLPT N4/JFT-Basic or industry-specific skill exams as required for visa categories.
  • Follow all legal requirements set by the Government of Japan and the Embassy of Japan.
  • Bear personal costs such as medical checks, document legalization, and embassy visa fees (unless otherwise specified).

OASCO Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate guidance on eligibility and visa requirements.
  • Assist with application forms, documentation, and employer coordination.
  • Offer training programs for language and technical skills to improve employability.
  • Ensure transparency in processing fees and timelines.
